My name is Konrad; I am a certified personal trainer for Fitness and Nhat-Nam Martial Arts. Since I was 6 years old, I have been training Nhat-Nam martial arts that’s based on Eastern philosophy. The focus of Nhat-Nam philosophy is shaping a spiritually strong personality, the development of internal discipline and focus on concentration skills.
For the past few years, I have been active doing fitness. Presently, I focus on the development of wellness and body development programs. As well as how to apply these programs, both in personal training sessions and when clients train individually.
Over the past year, my customers have lost over 215 kg weight, reduced their waist size by over 50 centimeters, gained more than 67 kg of muscle mass, and improved their health and well-being.
I believe that every person has the opportunity and potential to achieve their goals and create a body they desire. I grew up with Eastern martial arts traditions, therefore my workout and diet plans, are based on healthy and sustainable lifestyles.
